I joined Gilman Guidelli & Bellow over 21 years ago, working as a carpenter in what became the Small Projects division.

As a Project Manager, I coordinate many of our smaller jobs. This includes meeting with clients to problem-solve, planning jobs, buying materials, and supervising carpenters and subcontractors. We have an integrated approach to all our projects which keeps them running efficiently and creates quality products and happy clients.

I really enjoy the wide variety of projects we do, as well as the daily problem-solving aspect of my work. I get to put my people skills and 30+ years of hands-on experience to good use when listening and making suggestions.

When my son was born 21 years ago, my friend and co-worker, Jesus Lima, started calling me “Papa Jay” — which persists to this day. 

In my non-work time I enjoy traveling, gardening, biking, making pottery, and spending time with my family.
