Zach Bensley of Gilman Guidelli and Bellow

Zach BensleyProject Manager

I joined Gilman Guidelli & Bellow in 2017, after running my own construction business for many years. Prior to my own company, I worked as a laborer and carpenter during college, eventually working my way to site supervisor.

Today I am a Project Manager, which means I am the liaison between architects, clients, our crew, and sub-contractors. I enjoy being an integral part of the homeowner and architect relationship — helping homeowners understand the process and making sure roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated throughout the entire project. I also maintain all project budgets and schedules, while making sure the end result meets our high-quality standards.

On the job, I most enjoy solving difficult problems. A difficult problem can be a unique construction challenge or figuring out how to make something happen with a limited budget or limited time.

Away from the job, I spend most of my time wrangling my children with some skiing and fishing on the side.
