Pricing
Fair and simple pricing
If your small job falls on the larger side, for example, an addition to your home, we’ll provide an estimate. For truly small jobs, such as minor repairs we bill on a time plus materials basis. Our overhead and profit on materials and subcontractors is 15%, and our labor rate is $75.00 an hour. With our fair and simple pricing policy, you’ll never spend a moment wondering what you’re paying for.
Maintenance
Protecting your investment
In addition to new projects, we provide clients with the important maintenance that a fine home requires, from ensuring system performance and providing assistance during weather events, to gutter cleaning and paint touch-up. Ongoing and seasonal upkeep protect your investment in your home and keep it looking its best.
