Art Loft, Cambridge

This renovation of an East Cambridge industrial space retained the essential feeling of an artist loft. The large volume was retained, though modernized to make it a comfortable living space for the owners and their lovely collection of modern art. Bedrooms are open though nestled into the corners to allow privacy within a warehouse feel. The project featured a steel and oak mezzanine for living space, a cantilevered mezzanine library with hanging fireplace, a modern kitchen with live edge island countertop, live-work spaces, and lots of display space.
